Starting halfway

Ever imagine yourself in a situation where someone does something you want to do halfway and then dumps it back onto you? And the direction they stopped at isn't exactly what you actually desire. But you have to take charge of it and move on as if you started from the beginning.

It's like a chess match where you start playing after all the pieces has been moved into a certain formation but you're aiming to take over the wrong queen. Or a boat ride towards an island but aiming to land at a different shore than you first planned because the rower for the first half of the journey isn't you.

What would you do? Ponder upon the idea.

As for me, I would enjoy the journey and slowly find out which direction would be fitting for me. Since I have already reached this far (no thanks to me), why not take a deep breath and enjoy the different view? Take a look from an alternate perspective. Upon realization after a deep consideration, then I shall choose the right course of action.

Thinking of turning back for a restart? Like Eminem raps,"you don't get another chance, life is no Nintendo game", don't waste your time thinking of the impossible. Appreciate and make full use of every situation you're in.

The most important thing is be true to yourself. Do not waste time on something you do not want because it would be futile. That is common sense, everyone should know. Don't feel that you would be judged for every action you take because people's opinion does not matter when your desire comes into question. People do not decide what you desire, you yourself does.

Is it too hard to understand? Just want what you want because that's what makes you happy. Even if its wrong, it lasted for the while.
