How to make your day better?

*sigh*

Let's cut to the chase, shall we? I will explain to you, in my context, how to make your day better through this post.

Our 5 senses are very important. Sight, Smell, Touch, Hear and Taste. They will determine your day.

The ultimate task you must complete every single day when you wake up to ensure a better day, is to take a bath. This will affect your sense of sight, smell and touch.

Imagine going through a day without a bath, how would you feel? Smelling bad, feeling sticky because of dried sweat and the bad hair will degrade you. Imagine you just failed to convince a customer and you happened to catch your reflection in a mirror. You look like crap, your hair a mess and there are dirt in your tear ducts. It will make you feel worse than before.

The second task would be to groom yourself. Looking good will make you feel good. Trust me, its true. If you don't, look at the evidences around you. Why are almost everyone dolled up? The cosmetic industry earn billions every year. A little gel (for guys) or putting on a lil blush (girls~) can make wonders. Not to mention if you groom yourself, you wouldn't be a sore sight to others. Nobody wants to see a person with bed hair, a face full of pimples or acne and have the deadly Body Odour.  If you are, you're a troll.

For the ears, listen to some good music to kick start your day. Make yourself a playlist of calming and soothing songs that sings out encouraging lyrics and exudes a positive aura. Actually, just choose any songs that you like and be sure that you will feel good listening to it. Not songs that will remind you of hurtful past memories.

Finally, for your taste buds. Eat a whole and tasty breakfast. Do not skimp. And do not go over the limit. Eat something that will tickle your tongue and settle comfortably in your tummy. Don't eat something you will have a hard to handle (or something that will make you stay in the toilet hours later).

Every single detail matters, no matter how small it is. Imagine if your teeth makes up 5% of yourself and you didn't brush your teeth that day, 5% of you is not going to feel good for the rest of the day. Will that 5% affect you? Why don't you try it yourself?

If I wake up to see her beside me every morning, I would definitely feel good. XD
