Bersih 2.0: Yellow, Peaceful and Righteous

I'm sure everyone has heard of Bersih 2.0. The media is all over it, international ones included. The issues regarding this yellowish campaign even caught the attention of Amnesty International. All the tourism plans are shattered with all that bad light shed onto the country's image. *jk*

Those on Facebook may have seen many pictures and videos related to the said coalition. Coincidentally, DiGi's network was down for awhile a few days ago and so some humorous people Photoshopped some photos with DiGi's Yellowman (now known as YCF cause I checked it on Wikipedia) being captured as explanatory evidence.

"DiGi services back online when we get bailed!"
And I found a very good statement when browsing through Malaysiakini.com and I quote from one of the commentators.

"People Power: I don't know about our Indian friends, but as a Malay, I can't trust Najib myself.

Look at what is happening around: non-Umno NGOs protest, they get arrested. Umno NGOs protest, no arrest. Yellow shirts get arrested, red shirts don't. NGOs against the government's misdoings are declared illegal. Umno NGOs like Perkasa can spew hate and racism. One moment, PM Najib Razak cries 1Malaysia, but his deputy Muhyiddin Yassin says Malay first, Malaysian second. Still want to trust him?"

How can you not see the irony? The 'justice' is so apparent. Almost too transparent to my liking. And since I'm so jobless, I went to design my own Bersih 2.0 T-shirt. :D

By wearing any yellow shirt, you're supporting it ninja style.
