I just woke up, literally. I remember what I promised Jacq, of course. Drank a cup of water before sitting down in front of this screen.
Have you ever felt the confusion you get when you wake up from a vivid dream? As if the dream is another world you're living and as you wake up, you are entering another different dimension. It is as if the dream you just had is a reality. You could swear something happened in the world before but right in front of you now, such thing has never occurred before. This feeling that alienates your perception and the transformation is confounding.
Everyone have one of those moments. The more common cases would be caused by revelation of an uglier side of the reality. Allow me to make an example.
Imagine. You meet someone in your life. Someone who's so perfect. Someone who makes you happy. Someone whom became a part of your life. And then one day, it all changes. Take that person out of the equation. How would you feel and what would you do at that point in time?
Some people who are stronger, they move on while picking up the broken pieces. Some find replacement to fill the void. And there are those who just couldn't accept the new reality and decide to use the ticket to hell. Suicide. I love Constantine the movie. :)
I had an epiphany when I woke up so I wrote something very theoretical and boring.
P.S. I might dedicate something to you later, Jacq. :D
